Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads and managing all of the company's social media handles. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, creativity, and expertise in digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads for the company.
• Social Media Management: Oversee and manage all social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) to enhance brand presence and engagement.
• Content Strategy: Create and curate engaging content for social media posts, blogs, emails, and other digital platforms.
• SEO & SEM: Optimize website and content for search engines (SEO) and manage paid search campaigns (SEM) to drive traffic and conversions.
• Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources to maximize ROI.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives. Coordinate with designers, developers, and content creators for campaign execution.
• Market Research: Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of lead generation and social media management.
• Proficiency in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with strong analytical abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
