Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Head to lead our digital marketing initiatives and drive the growth of our brand across various online channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies, managing multi-channel campaigns, and achieving significant ROI. As the Digital Marketing Head, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of digital marketing, including performance marketing, organic growth, retention strategies, influencer marketing, and social media management.
Digital Marketing Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, attract new customers, and drive revenue growth.
Performance Marketing Campaign Management:
- Lead and oversee performance marketing campaigns across various channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others, ensuring alignment with business objectives and optimal ROI.
- Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, SEMrush, etc., to analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and refine strategies for improved results.
SEO Strategy Implementation:
- Implement effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase relevant traffic to the website.
Retention Strategy Oversight:
- Oversee retention strategies including email marketing, WhatsApp, SMS, web push notifications, and chatbots to foster customer engagement and loyalty.
Influencer Marketing Collaboration:
- Collaborate with influencers and manage influencer marketing campaigns to expand brand reach, drive conversions, and build brand credibility.
Organic Social Media Management:
- Manage organic social media channels such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc., ensuring consistent brand messaging and meaningful engagement with the audience.
Content Calendar Development:
- Work closely with the content team to develop engaging content calendars aligned with brand objectives and customer interests across various digital platforms.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for each marketing channel and campaign, regularly monitoring performance metrics to make data-driven decisions.
Cross-Functional Team Coordination:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, finance, procurement, and vendor-tech to support marketing initiatives and achieve overall business goals.
Marketing Performance Reviews and Insights:
- Conduct regular reviews of marketing performance, budget allocation, and demand planning, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Industry Trends and Innovation Integration:
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and implement innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven experience (8+ years) in digital marketing roles, preferably in the e-commerce or D2C sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, social media, email marketing, and influencer marketing.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media analytics platforms to track and analyze campaign performance.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset, capable of developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to drive business growth.
- Experience managing large marketing budgets and achieving measurable results in terms of ROI and revenue growth.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
