Job Description
Currently, we are looking for a fashion designer with 2-3 years of experience, to join our Design team. Someone proficient in design software (3D software: 3D Clo / Optitex will be appreciated). Who has a firm grasp on the working of the industry and is knowledgeable about upcoming trends.
Creation of tech pack with final measurements.
Seasonal trend analysis for internal design collection.
Initiating season-based digital design offering options to contribute to customer profile expansion for the company.
Buyer communication: covering and presenting collections and design asks.
Assuring design is always in sync with bulk regarding cost and feasibility.
Competency in technical understanding and input at any given time, considering design has to be 100% bulk convertible.
Explore newness in the accessory as well as fabric market for the related categories.
Maintaining records of design work, tech sheets/tech packs, artwork files, supplier sources for new adds to the design research.
Improvising development; sourcing; record-keeping processes as and when need be.
Maintaining cordial connections with the Tier-2 for profitable turnaround at product development and bulk stage.
Responsibility to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
Any other responsibility assigned by HOD from time to time.
