We are looking to employ an enthusiastic Human Resources Executive with good communication skills to assist our HR department with administrative and HR-related tasks under the supervision of the HR Manager.
Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Source potential candidates from various online channels and job portals
Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies
Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates
Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire
Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters
Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures
Perform orientations and update records on HRMS
Responding to staff inquiries and grievances
Manage the organizations employee database and prepare reports
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
Assisting in the planning of company events
Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices
Responsibility to adhere to set internal controls
Required Skills & Personal Attributes
A Master's Degree in HR is preferable
5+ years of relevant work experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Superb computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office, and related HR software
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent administrative and organizational skills
Meticulous attention to detail
