Role Objective:
- We seek passionate professionals with strong problem-solving skills to drive the subscription business.
- He/she will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the desired business objectives.
Work Location: Chennai.
Key Responsibilities:.
- Drive subscription revenues (retention) for ePaper (The Hindu and The Hindu BusinessLine).
- Identify and implement new campaigns based on user journeys to drive conversions.
- Work with Product and Marketing teams to manage campaigns, improve engagement, and drive conversions.
- Map user journeys with actions to improve conversions from the existing user base and reduce paid user churn.
- Understand the overall market and conduct user surveys to identify gaps in current service delivery mechanisms and user expectations, and identify opportunities to boost engagement/revenues.
- Analyze subscriber and non-subscriber data and derive insights on user behaviour.
Skills Required:.
- 3-6 years of overall experience, with at least 1-2 years of experience in driving revenues/subscriptions in a Marketing, Growth or Product Capacity.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a good eye for detail.
- You love data, and you let data speak for you!.
- Some experience with Data Analytics tools and Marketing Automation platforms is a definite brownie point.
- Strong people skills and the ability to influence people to get things done This is critical as there are multiple stakeholders in the business.
