Senior Brand Manager - Baby Care

Should have handled large turnover Brands/Built Brands

Analytics:

- Monitoring and analysis of competitors brands market situation, including market share, distribution, volumes, brand health indexes, etc

- Responsible for the generation of reports and presentations on the performance of brand marketing campaigns and programs

- Also ensures completion of market analyses and monitors competitive activity (competitive analysis) in the market in addition to conducting financial modelling and gap analysis

Strategy:

- Developing brand strategies: Creating and executing strategies to meet company goals and grow the brand.

- Is responsible for the development of creative innovative marketing programs based on the business's overall strategies

- Interface with consumers to understand the trends and strategize accordingly

- Manage a portfolio of brands - strategies to meet annual operating plan profitably

Collaboration:

- Collaborates with the business's web and social media teams to enhance user experience and brand image communication approaches.

- Additionally works with external agencies, partners, and cross-functional groups like sales, training, research and development, distribution, finance, and design, and ensures that the division/brand-related assignments are completed on time.

Education and Exp: MBA from tier 1 institute, preferably premier institutes. 5+ years of experience in brand management, product management and new product launches (FMCG sector is +)

- Strong Leadership and Team Management Skills

- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills

- Experience in the FMCG

- Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field
