Social Media Expert (YouTube & Multi-Platform Management)

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Expert with a strong focus on YouTube channel management. The ideal candidate should have expertise in editing YouTube videos, increasing audience reach and engagement, as well as managing and promoting content across Instagram and Facebook. This role involves brand promotion, social media growth strategies, and regular content sharing to enhance visibility and subscriber growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. YouTube Channel Management & Growth:

• Edit and optimize YouTube videos (including thumbnails, titles, descriptions, and tags).
• Create engaging and compelling video content aligned with brand objectives.
• Develop strategies to increase subscribers, video views, and overall engagement.
• Analyze YouTube analytics to assess content performance and implement data-driven improvements.

2. Social Media Content Sharing:

• Manage Instagram and Facebook accounts by sharing and promoting YouTube content.
• Post regular updates, stories, and promotional material on multiple platforms.
• Engage with the audience through comments, messages, and interactive content to build a loyal community.

3. Brand Promotion:

• Plan and execute brand-promotional activities to drive visibility and audience engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align social media campaigns with broader marketing goals.

4. Content Strategy & Execution:

• Develop content calendars for social media and YouTube, ensuring consistency and creativity.
• Research trends, competitor strategies, and industry best practices to optimize performance.
• Experiment with new content formats and ideas to keep the audience engaged.

5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

• Track key performance metrics across platforms.
• Provide regular reports with insights and suggestions for improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in YouTube channel management and social media marketing.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools).
• Strong knowledge of YouTube SEO, analytics, and audience growth strategies.
• Experience managing and promoting content on Instagram and Facebook.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi (written and verbal).
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

• Experience with paid social media advertising.
• Knowledge of influencer marketing and collaborations.
