Designation: Market Research

Role & Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive research on real estate markets and trends, projects , micromarkets

- Analyze data from various sources to identify patterns and insights.

- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on research findings.

- Collaborate with real estate agents, brokers, and other stakeholders.

- Monitor and report on market conditions and property values.

- Stay updated on industry news, regulations, and best practices.

- Develop and maintain databases of real estate information.

- Provide actionable insights to support decision-making processes.

- Assist in the development of marketing strategies based on research.

- Evaluate the impact of economic, demographic, and other factors on real estate markets.

- Conduct site visits and property inspections as needed.

- Utilize GIS and other mapping tools to analyze spatial data.

- Prepare forecasts and projections for real estate markets.

- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of research data.

- Present research findings to clients and internal teams.

- Support the development of new research methodologies and tools.

- Manage multiple research projects simultaneously.

- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

- Provide training and support to junior researchers.

- Participate in industry conferences and networking events.

Desired Candidate Should Have:

- Degree in Real Estate, Economics, Finance, or related field.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate research or analysis.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e. , Excel, SPSS, GIS).

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to interpret complex data and present findings clearly.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
