The incumbent would be required to handle the calls of international customers in a voice based call center environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information about products or services.
Problem Resolution:
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team or manager when necessary.
Order and Account Management:
Assist customers with placing, modifying, or canceling orders.
Manage customer accounts, including updating contact information and order details.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Prepare reports on customer feedback and recurring issues to suggest process improvements.
Customer Retention:
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and engaging communication.
Promote customer loyalty programs or offers to enhance retention.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, operations) to resolve customer issues and enhance satisfaction.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product and process knowledge.

24 X 7 Shifts
2 Way Cab Service provied
Fresher & Experienced (Preferred experience - customer service in an International BPO) _
