Junior Software Associate

You will work closely with a team of experienced developers and collaborate with other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions. The position requires a solid understanding of programming languages, software development methodologies, and a passion for learning and staying current with emerging technologies.Key Responsibilities:Software Development:Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.Develop and maintain software applications using programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or others as per project requirements.Collaborate with team members to design and implement software solutions that meet business requirements.Coding and Debugging:Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.Debug and troubleshoot software defects and issues, ensuring timely resolution.Testing:Contribute to the development of unit tests and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality.Collaborate with quality assurance teams to identify and address software bugs.Documentation:Create and maintain technical documentation for software applications, including design specifications, user manuals, and release notes.Ensure documentation is kept up-to-date with changes in the software.Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.Participate in agile/scrum ceremonies, providing updates on progress and identifying potential roadblocks.Continuous Learning:Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.Continuously enhance technical skills and share knowledge with the team.
