Role and Responsibilities: We believe that Human Capital is the bedrock of our organization. Hence, this role is extremely critical and sensitive. The job entails leading the HR vertical of the organization, and offers a unique opportunity to work directly with the company's founders. You will be involved in a variety of tasks such as recruitment and onboarding, maintenance of employee records and processing payroll, compliances- HR policies and legal regulations, and supporting employee relation initiatives including learning, training, development, & grievance redressal, and employee exit processes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices and principles, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.
