The company is expanding currently and looking for BUSINESS HEAD- for their profitable Interiors Business vertical to be based in Bengaluru.
Role Description:
The Business Head - Interiors will be responsible for driving the strategic vision, operational excellence, and financial growth of our interiors division. This role requires a dynamic leader with strong business acumen, and exceptional leadership skills.
Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement the strategic vision and business plan for the interiors division.
- Identify market opportunities and drive initiatives to expand the division's market presence and revenue.
Operational Leadership:
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and effective management of resources.
- Streamline processes and optimize workflows to enhance productivity and service delivery.
Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics.
- Ensure profitability by monitoring and controlling expenses and maximizing revenue streams.
Client and Market Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Contribute to creating inspiring spaces that enhance the lives of our users and clients
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, project managers, and support staff.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Who will fit the role:
- A dynamic leader with strong business acumen, and exceptional leadership skills.
- A Tier 1 or 2 MBA pass out
- Someone who has directly managed large P&L
- 15+ years of experience
The position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and is open to exceptional female candidates. The compensation package for this role can reach up to - 1 crore per annum (- 80 lakhs + - 20 lakhs variable).
