Job Description

Job Title- Assistant Manager- Accounts (Consolidation)

Reporting to DGM- Accounts

Qualifications CA/Inter CA/MBA/M.Com/B.Com


Experience

• At least 8-10 years post qualification experience in preparation and review of consolidated financials

• Experience with a large and complex Ind AS/IFRS consolidation process • Ability to liaise across different entities

• Good interpersonal skills

• Ability to deliver results through other team members while maintaining control and quality

• Close attention to detail

• Drive and enthusiasm to ensure team succeeds in achieving fixed and demanding deadlines

• Commitment and flexibility to work to tight and demanding deadlines

• Exposure to tax across multiple geographies will be an added advantage

• Willingness to take on additional responsibilities in AP or AR functions Location Fort, Mumbai


Job Profile:


Financial Reporting

• Financials Reporting includes preparation of financial statements as per IGAAP and IND AS.

• Preparation of consolidated financial statements as per IND AS.

• Preparation and analysis of Monthly Cash flow statements and Fund Flow.

• To liaison with statutory, Tax and GST auditors for requirements related to accounting and controls, SOPs and related accounting matters.

• Responsible for statutory, tax and GST audit.

• Preparation and filing yearly Foreign Assets and Liabilities return as per RBI guidelines.

• Coordinate with holding company and arrange the funds for Indian operation and vendor payment.

• Monitoring and arranging funds for the timely payment of all statutory dues like PF, PT and ESIC.

• Supervising and managing funds maintained by Internal Fund accounts.

• Checking and maintaining foreign currencies.


Taxation & ROC Compliances

• Preparation of all GST return working like GSTR1, GSTR3B and annual return.

• Preparation of documents for monthly GST Refund.

• Preparation of data for TDS return and monthly working for timely payments.

• Coordinate with tax consultant for filing of all TDS and GST before due dates.

• Preparation of computation of advance tax/self-assessment tax and Tax Audit data.

• Preparation of data for income tax scrutiny and assessment data.

• Co-ordinate with CS consultant and monitoring the timely compliance of various ROC forms
