Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Excecutive to join our growing finance team. As a Accounts Excecutive, you will be responsible for supporting various accounting functions, including maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, assisting with financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities:

• General Accounting Support:
• Assist with daily, monthly, and quarterly accounting activities such as journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Prepare and process expense reports.
• Bank Reconciliations:
• Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Financial Reporting:
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Prepare and review supporting documentation for monthly and year-end closing.
• Tax and Compliance Support:
• Support the preparation and filing of local, state, and federal tax returns.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
• Payroll Assistance:
• Assist with payroll processing, including verifying timesheets and updating employee records.
• Audit Support:
• Assist with internal and external audits by providing requested documentation and explanations.
• Ad-Hoc Projects:
• Support the finance team in special projects, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance-related role, preferably in a Accounts Excecutive position.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word,).
• Experience with accounting software (Tally Prime) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial data with discretion.
