Senior Procurement Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. Strategic Sourcing: Identify and on board reliable vendors/suppliers for the company's procurement needs.
2. Vendor Management: Maintain strong relationships with vendors and ensure timely delivery of materials.
3. Cost Optimization: Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to ensure cost savings without compromising quality.
4. Market Analysis: Research market trends to source quality materials at competitive rates.
5. Inventory Coordination: Collaborate with the operations and production teams to forecast and ensure stock availability.
6. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies, including proper documentation of vendor agreements and purchase orders.
7. Reporting: Provide periodic procurement updates and spend analysis to the management team.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience in procurement, preferably in the personal care or beauty industry.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Knowledge of inventory planning and sourcing best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
