Role and Responsibilities:
1. Project Review SLD, BOQ, CAD- 2D
2. Prepare the project BRD, Track and Report any Quality
3. Asset Management Lab Electrical Safety / HSE observations
4. Access Control Reporting and FIRMWARE update
5. CCTV and FAS and FAPA Working KNOWLEDGE
6. All invoices consolidation, Validation & handover finance
7. Liase with FM and LAB Stake holders for BRD
8. GAP b/w payment Advice and TDS confirmation
9. Preparing Monthly Provision
10. Update and Process the Expact vehicle drivers OT
11. Tracker - Monthly FACILITY EXPENSE TRACKER
12. Critical Invoices/rental and Utility Invoice, CAM, Electricity, DG, FMS to be paid on time & Follow-up
13. Manage MST Team across Sites for Daily Tracker update
14. Daalchini SPOC
15. Safety Report
16. Ensure the PO and Invoices are matching and report any discrepancy
17. To make sure Thales settles Payments to MSME vendors within 45 days to claim deductions as per Section 43(B) of Income Tax
18. Experience in processing invoices, purchase requests, purchase orders
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Diploma in Electrical Engineering / B.TECH /Bachelors of Engineering with FM / Electrical / Safety / Projects Certification will be an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
MS- Office Suite proficiency , Auto CAD, Electrical Safety , TEAM PLAYER, Vendor management , Write and Speak Proficiency – Email Etiquettes and document Management and TECH SAVVY.
Able work on projects and having a Project Experience will be an Added Advantage
