About the Role
The incumbent will report to the head of Marketing & Sales and be responsible for supporting Sales team on various sales processes - thereby contributing to the successful implementation of the go-to-market strategy. They will get a chance to work with a talented, fun-loving, close-knit team.
Key Responsibilities
Proactive, structured coordination & communication with customers to ensure that entire spectrum of customer queries is addressed within defined timelines
1. Sales Support
Assist Sales Team: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales presentations, reports, and other necessary documents.
Manage Schedules: Help coordinate meetings, calls, and appointments for the sales team to ensure effective time management and follow-ups with clients.
Customer Communication: Serve as a liaison between clients and the sales team, ensuring customers receive timely responses to inquiries, quotes, and follow-ups.
2.Order Management
Process Orders: Handle the end-to-end process of sales orders, from order entry to delivery. This includes checking inventory levels, ensuring product availability, and confirming order details with customers.
Coordinate Shipments: Collaborate with logistics or operations teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
Manage Invoices and Billing: Prepare and track invoices for customers, ensuring accurate billing and payment processing.
3. Sales Data Management
CRM Management: Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate sales data, contact information, and order history.
Report Generation: Create regular sales reports to track performance metrics, sales targets, and progress. These reports help identify trends and areas for improvement.
Sales Forecasting: Assist in preparing sales forecasts by compiling data and insights about current sales activity and market trends.
4. Communication and Coordination
Internal Coordination: Collaborate with various departments, such as marketing, customer service, and operations, to ensure the smooth flow of information and coordination for sales activities.
Customer Service: Handle customer queries and complaints, ensuring any issues are addressed promptly and that customer satisfaction is maintained.
Follow-up: Ensure that all sales leads are followed up on in a timely manner and ensure that prospects are nurtured through the sales pipeline.
