Report to the departmental head for complete work & follow-ups
Converting sales leads(Enquiry) to erp
Monitoring all leads in erp and following up with the salespeople for updates
Remind salespeople to enter the leads into the system while required
Check the incomplete stock details that matches with Enquiries and follow up with the Sales team to get complete details from the Supplier
Arranging Daily meetings and weekly meetings and taking meeting points
Supporting the service team in the inspection
