Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Sales Training Program Design & Execution

  • Plan, design, and deliver comprehensive sales training programs tailored to organizational goals and market demands.
  • Conduct ongoing evaluations of training programs and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement.

2. New Employee Onboarding

  • Develop and deliver a comprehensive welcome package to new recruits, introducing Tex Fasteners mission, values, and sales processes.
  • Facilitate orientation sessions, ensuring recruits understand the sales playbook, strategies, and objection-handling techniques.
  • Conduct product training to educate recruits on product features and their alignment with customer needs.

3. Training Content Development

  • Create engaging and high-quality training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, presentations, and short instructional videos.
  • Tailor content to suit diverse audiences, roles, and skill levels within the sales team.

4. Best Practices & Market Trends Implementation

  • Research and adopt industry best practices for developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Align training initiatives with current market trends to enhance sales effectiveness and competitiveness.

5. Training Needs Assessment

  • Identify training needs by analyzing competency gaps and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to design targeted training strategies addressing identified skill gaps.

6. Video Production & Multimedia Support

  • Create and edit short videos to support training programs and sales initiatives, enhancing engagement and retention.
  • Leverage multimedia tools to deliver impactful learning experiences.

7. MIS Preparation & Data Analysis

  • Maintain detailed training records and generate MIS reports for tracking progress and outcomes.
  • Analyze sales and training data to derive actionable insights and guide future strategies.

8. Talent Acquisition for Sales Team

  • Source and attract the right candidates to fill all sales team vacancies, ensuring alignment with role requirements.
  • Collaborate with HR and sales leaders to assess candidates and facilitate the recruitment process.
