Quality Assurance Officer

Job Purpose

We are seeking one highly skilled and motivated QA Engineer to join our Technical Zipper manufacturing team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in making Quality systems ,Adhrence of systems ,Interactions with External Labs and Buyers for quality ,international standards compliance and buyer approvals

Job Responsibilities

• Develop ,implement, improve and maintain systems for Quality and Reliabilty of the product and process ,Raw material ,in process ,Audit ,dock Audit ,Lab

• Training to QA and other operation team

• Daily work Flow and schedules of the departments

• SOP and work instructions for each process and machines

• Product Performance evaluation and bench marking

• Identify and set appropriate Quality standard and parameter for each product

• Handle customer complaints and visits customers and buyers for same

• Analyse,make and submit CAPA for each failture of systems and Each CCR/ICR for quality issues

• Check and ensure complaince of buyer protokol /Requirements

• ISO ,Satra ,UL and other Certifications and buyer audits

• Ensuring QA as department and each team member meets and maintain JD , DWM ,KRA and KPI .

• Doing Kaizens ,Lean Activities ,Removings fats in the process

Minimum Experience (Number of years) -

Minimum experience of 8-10 years experience in Quality Department in mass production manufacturing unit in Gurgaon prefereably in Trims
