About the Role :

As an AI Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by leading the development and deployment of cutting-edge Generative AI solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, design innovative solutions, and drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of large-scale Generative AI models.

- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, particularly in foundation and transformer models.

- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to build robust and scalable AI pipelines.

- Oversee the training and fine-tuning of models on diverse datasets.

Problem-Solving :

- Analyze complex business problems and identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions.

- Develop innovative approaches to address challenges related to data quality, model performance, and ethical considerations.

- Implement strategies to mitigate biases and ensure fairness in AI systems.

Team Management :

Qualifications :

Education : PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

Experience :

- Around 10 years of professional experience in roles such as Data Scientist or similar positions.

- Proven experience in training large deep learning models and handling real-world data.

- Experience in leading teams and managing complex projects in dynamic environments.

Technical Skills :

- Foundation Models and Transformer Models : Strong expertise in these areas is essential.

- Machine Learning Algorithms : Deep understanding of algorithms, especially their application to structured data in business contexts.

- Generative AI : Comprehensive knowledge of the challenges and opportunities of applying Generative AI in a business environment.
