About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Embedded Architect to lead the design, development, and optimization of embedded systems for AIoT (Artificial Intelligence of Things), Industrial AI, and Track & Trace technologies. In this role, you will play a key part in architecting next-generation solutions that seamlessly integrate hardware, firmware, and AI-driven technologies to deliver advanced functionality, scalability, and reliability across industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities :

Embedded System Architecture :

- Design and develop scalable and efficient embedded architectures for AIoT and Industrial AI applications.

- Define and implement architecture patterns for edge computing, real-time processing, and IoT connectivity.

- Collaborate with hardware and software teams to ensure seamless integration of components.

AI and IoT Integration :

- Architect solutions that incorporate machine learning models for industrial applications, including predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and process optimization.

- Develop strategies to deploy AI models on edge devices, optimizing for performance, latency, and energy efficiency.

- Design systems for real-time data collection, processing, and transmission across IoT networks.

Track & Trace Solutions :

- Lead the development of track-and-trace systems utilizing technologies such as RFID, BLE, and GPS.

- Enable traceability across manufacturing and supply chain processes by integrating sensor data and edge analytics.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for tracking systems.

Technology Leadership :

- Evaluate and select appropriate embedded platforms, processors, and sensors for industrial use cases.

- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and roadmaps.

- Drive innovation by staying updated with emerging technologies in AI, IoT, and embedded systems.

Performance Optimization :

- Analyze and optimize system performance for reliability, security, and low power consumption.

- Develop frameworks for secure OTA (Over-The-Air) updates and system maintenance.

- Debug and resolve complex issues at the intersection of hardware and software.

Required Qualifications

Educational Background :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience :

- 12+ years of experience in embedded systems development, including 3+ years in a lead or architect role.

- Proven expertise in AIoT, industrial automation, or track-and-trace technologies.

Technical Skills :

- Proficient in embedded C/C++, Python, or Rust.

- Hands-on experience with microcontrollers (e.g., ARM Cortex) and embedded operating systems (e.g., FreeRTOS, Zephyr).

- Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., MQTT, Modbus, OPC UA).

- Experience deploying AI models on edge devices using frameworks like TensorFlow Lite, PyTorch, or ONNX.

- Knowledge of IoT connectivity standards such as BLE, Zigbee, LoRa, and NB-IoT.

- Strong understanding of system security, including encryption and secure boot processes.

Preferred Skills :

- Familiarity with industrial track-and-trace systems using RFID, BLE, or GPS technologies.

- Experience with containerized workloads on embedded platforms (e.g., Docker on ARM).

- Knowledge of industrial standards like ISA-95, ISO/IEC 20243, or GS1 for traceability.

- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS IoT, Azure IoT, or Google Cloud IoT.

- Experience with hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) and simulation tools for embedded systems testing.
