Role Sales Manager (SM)

Job Summary

As a sales manager you would drive specific operational or customer management activities / projects under the guidance of Sales Director (SD). Support the SD in relationship management, value selling, forecasting & credit management & collection.

What will you do:

1. Lead specific operational or customer management activities / projects across various levels with the customers
2. Support SD in forecasting: liaise with customer service representative and customer on demand projections, validate the customer forecast, compile necessary information regarding new launches, discontinuation of certain SKU etc.
3. Support SD in Value Selling: collect from customer and external sources data required for building value argumentation: support the value selling case build-up, preparation of sales contract: follow-up implementation with relevant stakeholders
4. Support SD in Relationship Management: analyse relevant internal and external data required for account planning: set-up Account Team meetings.
5. Support SD in Credit Management and collection: follow-up receivable reports, flag issues and follow-up on actions

We believe you have

• Minimum total 3 years of experience in sales. FMCG / Beverages / B2B sales experience will be preferable.
