Technician / Junior Engineer Testing

The Position Technician / Junior Engineer - Testing will be based in Chennai Industrial Park.

What a typical day looks like:

• Responsible for Analyzing RF Testing, RF Sig gen, Analyzers (Spectrum), power meter/sensor, Switch/Splitter.
• Responsible for test in Networking Fundamentals. OSI models, Subnet, Routers, Switches
• Should have knowledge in Python Code development.
• Providing all kind of test solutions to ICT / Flying Probe, Board level Functional Test, Device level Testing, Thermal Profile, Burn In chamber, ESS chamber
• Knowledge in Barcode Printer troubleshooting
• Label design/programming in ZPL, Software.
• Preventive maintenance /Equipment Calibration
• Provide solution for process related & test issues with the global team support to achieve the quality of NPI.
• Identify, analyze and debug the root causes of PCBA failures and provide solutions.
• Failure recovery management and ECN implementation
• Weekly /Daily meeting with CFT to drive the own function issues and to support for other function issues.
• Identify the team members skill areas and to plan for their improvements and validation and review their efficiency (weekly)

The experience were looking to add to our team:

• Min 2 - 6 Years Exp in OEM/EMS .
• Preferably completed Diploma in ECE/CSE/EEE or B.E / B.Tech in ECE/CSE/EEE
• Should have knowledge in Python Code development.
• Problem solving and good presentation skills
• Conscientious and ability to work independently
• Team handling experience is a must
• CFT management is must
• Basic knowledge in 5Y Analysis & TQM Tools
• Ability to lead shift operations
