Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Oracle Solutions Expert/Writer to join our team. In this role, you will create clear, concise, and accurate documentation that effectively communicates complex technical information to various audiences, including customers, partners, and internal teams. You will collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to produce high-quality materials that support our Oracle technology solutions.
This role is expected to be in the office for a minimum of 4-5 business days.
Responsibilities - Documentation Development: Write and edit various technical documents, including user manuals, solution briefs, white papers, FAQs, how-to guides, and API documentation around Tessell for Oracle and its use-cases.
- Solution Communication: Translate complex technical concepts and solutions into easy-to-understand content that resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, product managers, product marketing, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to gather and understand technical information and ensure accuracy and clarity in all documentation.
- Content Strategy: Contribute to developing a comprehensive content strategy around Tesell for Oracle and its many solutions and use-cases that aligns with the company s goals and enhances the customer experience.
- Editing and Review: Edit and proofread content to ensure consistency, grammar, and adherence to the company s style guide.
- Project Management: Manage multiple writing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality documentation.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing and continuously seek ways to improve documentation processes and outputs.
- Content Management: Organize and maintain a library of technical documentation and ensure it is easily accessible to internal and external users.
- 6 years of experience in technical writing and solutions engineering or solutions architect.
- Vast knowledge of Oracle and its many use cases and solutions.
- Prior Cloud Database technical experience a plus.
- Prior experience working with product managers, engineering leads, and UX.
- Experience writing complex information clearly, concisely and accurately, and without relying on jargon
