Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Engineering Manager to lead a team of talented engineers. As an EM, you ll be responsible for team performance, people development, and driving the technical execution of projects. You ll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to build scalable, reliable, and impactful products.

Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of high-performing engineers
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Business to deliver customer-facing features
Set the technical vision and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance
Drive agile development practices and continuously improve team processes
Recruit top engineering talent and help shape our engineering culture
Be a technical sounding board - youre not just a people manager; you know how to build stuff too

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of software engineering experience, ideally with modern web or backend technologies
1-3 years in a leadership or management role
Startup mindset - comfortable with ambiguity, fast iterations, and owning problems end to end
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience working in an agile environment
Bonus: prior experience in hiring, scaling teams, or building 0 1 products
