Job Description

The Territory Manager Sales will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within their assigned territory. This individual will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners, while also identifying new business opportunities and driving market expansion. The ideal candidate must possess a strong understanding of the biotechnology industry, as well as the ability to effectively communicate and sell the value of IPL Biologicals products to potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for the assigned territory, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners to drive sales and expand market presence.

3. Identify and prioritize key accounts and opportunities within the territory, and develop plans to drive new business and revenue growth.

4. Provide ongoing support and training to customers on IPL Biologicals products, helping to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

5. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives and customer needs.

6. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics, and provide regular updates and insights to the leadership team.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in business, marketing, biology, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the biotechnology or agricultural industry, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Strong understanding of biological products, biotechnology, and agricultural markets is required.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate the value of complex products to customers.

- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners.

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a results-oriented mindset and a drive to continuously improve and excel.
