• Manage the team of 2 to 10 members.
• Take care of team's performance and development of team members.
• Build good relation with team members & help them to achieve their target
• Motivate your team on daily bases & set sales target
• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
• Answer questions about services of the company
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Handle grievances to preserve the companys reputation
• Graduate with 1-4 years of experience in Team handling or other sales/customer service role
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
• Complete monthly sales Target.(individual &team target)
• Complete daily KRA
