• Driving business through acquiring new customers for the allocated region through achievement of self as well as team targets and have strong business review mechanism for self and team.
• Ensuring appointment of Frontline Sales Team for lead generation and fulfillment.
• Lead the sales team through adequate training, enabling them to reach maximum productivity and achieve business goals.
• Ensuring to maintain Sales Teams productivity levels above desired.
