Manager - Forex & Treasury Operations

Role overview:

A proactive and detail-oriented individual to ensure financial compliance while delivering actionable insights to management and stakeholders. This role involves maintaining strict adherence to regulatory standards, preparing comprehensive financial reports, and providing data-driven recommendations to support decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between the organization, lenders, and regulatory bodies, ensuring transparency and fostering trust.

How you will create impact:

•  Monthly Compliance of Debt:

- Ensure accurate and timely execution of all debt-related monthly compliance activities.

- Maintain updated records and documentation for all debt obligations.

•  Performance Calls with Leaders:

- Coordinate and participate in monthly or ad hoc performance review calls with lenders.

- Prepare performance updates, addressing queries and concerns raised by lenders.

•  Management Presentations:

- Develop comprehensive and visually appealing presentations for management to support decision-making.

- Include financial analysis, compliance updates, and strategic insights in the presentations.

•  Variance Analysis & Reporting:

- Perform detailed variance analysis, comparing actual performance to budgets or forecasts, performance trends etc.

- Provide reasoning and actionable insights to address deviations and support management decisions.

•  Covenant Compliance:

- Ensure adherence to all financial and operational covenants as per loan agreements.

- Regularly monitor and report on covenant compliance to internal stakeholders and lenders.

Essential qualifications:

•  Strong understanding of debt compliance processes and financial covenants.

•  Excellent analytical skills with experience in variance analysis and reporting.

•  Proficiency in creating professional presentations for management and lenders.

•  Effective communication skills for engaging with lenders and stakeholders.

•  High attention to detail and ability to work within strict deadlines.
