Inbound Sales Executive (urgent hiring)

Job Overview: Tenride is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our travel packages. The role involves understanding customer needs, providing tailored travel solutions, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should be eager enough to test various sales strategies, educate others on what they are learning, and have the ability to learn from other sales consultants.

Role & responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers through calls and emails to understand their travel requirements.
• Promote and sell Tenrides travel packages.
• Provide detailed information about travel itineraries, pricing, inclusions, and other services.
• Maintain a strong follow-up system to convert inquiries into bookings.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by implementing effective selling strategies.
• Stay updated on travel trends, competitor offerings, and pricing to enhance sales strategies.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of bookings and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer queries, concerns, and provide appropriate solutions.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Excellent conversation-making strategy.
• Fluency in English and Hindi is a must.
