Tender Executive

• Review tender documents, scope of works, checking the feasibility for qualification, financial criteria.
• Prepare documents for e-Tendering, Studying tender documents, qualification criteria, scope of work, preparing comparative statements, meeting deadlines for the tenders received Govt. and other organizations.
• Technical and commercial requirement evaluation of tender papers and checks the eligibility criteria.
• Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation
• To coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires, and pre-qualifications
• Coordinate and harness the efforts of all involved departments relating to tendering/bidding activities and contract review.
• Timely preparation of tender documents and Tender submission
• Follow up Tender Registration & Payments in various Govt. Department.

Preferred candidate profile

• Fluent in written & spoken English with good communication skills.
• Strong understanding of tendering processes and procedures.
• Ability to work collaboratively with project teams to ensure accurate and timely submission of tenders.
• Familiarity with company policies and procedures related to tendering and procurement.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/MBA or related field preferred Candidates with experience in construction company office will be preferred
