Key skills for the job
1. Sales Support:
Assist sales representatives by providing necessary information and tools to help them succeed.
Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and contracts for potential clients.
2. Communication:
Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other departments (such as marketing, customer service, and logistics).
Communicate with clients to provide updates, answer queries, and address concerns.
3. Data Management:
Maintain and manage the customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring that all client interactions are recorded accurately.
Track sales metrics and prepare regular reports for the sales team and management.
4. Order Processing:
Oversee the order process, including processing sales orders, coordinating delivery logistics, and managing inventory levels.
Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and follow up on outstanding payments. To generate new leads, also to prepare invoice and quotation.
5. Customer Interaction:
Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer needs and complaints professionally.
Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and business.
6. Payment Follow up:
To contact customers and follow up for payments.
