Social Media Manager

Job description:

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Marketing Expert to join our jewellery company. With jewellery stores in Australia, Singapore, NZ and the UK, we are looking for a highly experienced social media expert to drive growth by using outstanding social media skills. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience in Social Media Marketing for well-known clients in the retail industry. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices is a must-have. Passion and knowledge of graphic design and jewellery will be an added advantage. You will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to further enhance our online presence, engage with our audience, and drive brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Strong Social Media Advertising skills: Strong knowledge and experience of best practices in social media adverting to maximise ROI. 
• Develop and Execute Social Media Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our brand goals, targeting specific audience segments.
• Design & Content Creation: Design, create, and curate engaging content (images, videos, graphics, etc.) that showcases our projects, design inspiration, behind-the-scenes, and industry trends.
• Social Media Management: Manage and maintain all social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Audience Engagement: Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers and potential clients across all social media platforms to foster community and enhance brand loyalty.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns, posts, and overall presence. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement based on data-driven analysis.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure that all social media content is consistent with the brand's voice, style, and messaging.
• Collaborate with Team: Work closely with the design team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to align social media efforts with broader marketing and company goals.
• Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices within the interior design industry and beyond.
• Influencer Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and partners to enhance brand visibility and reach.
