GenAI Quality Controller

The TELUS Digital AI team is looking for a GenAI Quality Controller to specialize in enhancing the quality of scientific texts and provide linguistic expertise. This role focuses on ensuring output alignment with customer expectations and meeting broader business objectives.

The successful candidate will work remotely and report to the Quality Manager and the Quality Lead.

Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality prompts, completions, and other written content across various categories, ensuring relevance and accuracy.
• Conduct thorough research to verify content credibility and align it with market-specific guidelines.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing improvement programs.
• Provide language expertise and ensure that content is unbiased, contextually appropriate, and aligned with quality standards.
• Design and deliver eLearning content, webinars, and training sessions. Share best practices across markets and teams to ensure consistency.
• Communicate with peers to leverage best practice and consistency across all markets.
• The role will require a high degree of confidence and experience using internet-based technologies and online research.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English (native-level proficiency), with the ability to read, create and interpret comprehensive guidelines and implement them effectively in daily work.
• Exceptional writing and editorial skills, with the ability to adapt style and tone.
• Strong research capabilities,, with the ability to read and understand complex guidelines, and to apply those guidelines to user behavior.
• Expertise in AI and LLM principles, and experience with internet-based technologies
• Demonstrate verbal, written and listening skills, with the ability to provide expertise at all levels of the business and with customers.
• Time management and organization skills are essential.
• 3rd Level Qualification essential.
• Ability to collaborate both internally and externally of the business is essential.

Technical Skills

• The successful candidate must have strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint and the Google Suite.
• Practical experience with SQL is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of SharePoint is an advantage.
• Experience designing and delivering eLearning content is an advantage.
• Experience with data analysis to support decision-making.
