Job Title : Unified Assurance Solution Architect

Position Overview :
We are seeking a Unified Assurance Solution Architect to join our team and design end-to-end service assurance solutions that provide comprehensive visibility, proactive monitoring, and continuous optimization of IT services across the enterprise.
As a key member of our architecture team, you will be responsible for creating solutions that ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of IT systems, applications, and services across both cloud and on-premises environments.
You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to develop unified strategies for monitoring, incident management, and performance assurance that align with organizational goals and IT service management (ITSM) best practices.
Key Responsibilities :
Solution Design & Architecture :
- Design and implement Unified Assurance solutions to deliver real-time visibility, proactive monitoring, and performance management across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
- Create scalable and flexible assurance architectures for mission-critical systems, ensuring a high level of performance and availability across the IT ecosystem.
- Lead the integration of monitoring platforms and IT service management (ITSM) systems, ensuring unified visibility of all services, infrastructure, and applications.
Integration & Optimization :
- Oversee the integration of various monitoring and assurance tools such as application performance management (APM), network performance monitoring (NPM), end-user experience monitoring (EUEM), and infrastructure monitoring to create a unified solution.
- Ensure that the unified solution delivers actionable insights by integrating data from disparate systems, providing a holistic view of performance and service quality.
- Implement best practices for ensuring the scalability and optimization of monitoring tools and data analytics, enabling proactive detection of performance degradation or service interruptions.
Service Assurance & Automation :
- Develop and deploy automated processes to detect, analyze, and resolve incidents before they impact end users, leveraging AI/ML and predictive analytics for enhanced service assurance.
- Establish and refine Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Objectives (SLOs) to ensure that service performance meets agreed-upon standards.
- Implement automated workflows for incident management, ensuring seamless escalation, remediation, and resolution of critical issues.
Collaboration with Stakeholders :
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, IT operations, security, and application development, to understand service assurance needs and define integration strategies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure that unified assurance solutions meet business objectives and performance goals.
- Serve as a thought leader, guiding teams through complex technical challenges, designing solutions that drive operational excellence.
Security & Compliance :
- Ensure that the unified assurance solution aligns with security best practices, regulatory compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOC2), and internal security policies.
- Integrate security monitoring tools into the unified assurance solution to provide end-to-end visibility of threats and vulnerabilities across all environments.
- Promote a culture of security and compliance within the organization by educating teams on security risks and how assurance solutions can mitigate them.
Continuous Improvement & Performance Tuning :
- Regularly review and optimize the performance of the unified assurance solution, ensuring it evolves to meet changing business needs and technology advancements.
- Identify opportunities to reduce operational overhead, streamline incident response, and improve time-to-resolution for issues.
- Continuously improve reporting capabilities to provide more actionable insights into service performance and trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect with a focus on Unified Assurance or Service Assurance solutions.
- Strong background in monitoring solutions (e.g., Dynatrace, Splunk, New Relic, SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix) and application performance management (APM) tools.
- In-depth understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks such as ITIL and experience with integrating assurance solutions into ITIL processes like Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management.
- Experience with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and managing cross-cloud solutions for service assurance.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application to predictive analytics and performance optimization.
- Expertise in integrating and managing monitoring platforms, including network performance monitoring (NPM), end-user experience monitoring (EUEM), and infrastructure monitoring.
- Experience in DevOps environments and tools such as CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and automation platforms (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, Puppet).
- Strong experience with data analytics, log management, and incident management systems.
- Understanding of security principles, including incident detection, response automation, and threat intelligence.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications in ITIL, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), or related security and service management certifications.
- Familiarity with service mesh and microservices architectures for service assurance in modern distributed systems.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) for managing and analyzing large volumes of monitoring data.
- Knowledge of service level management (SLM) and establishing and maintaining SLAs and SLOs for mission-critical services.
