Associate Product Manager (4-6 yrs)

Position Overview:

- We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to help us create winning solutions for our Sourcing platform.

- You will work on discovering, defining and delivering outcome-based, highly impactful problems in the Fashion & Apparel industry.

- This will come along with an opportunity to directly drive impact in these areas while working closely with key business stakeholders and external partners.

Responsibilities:

- Solution Expert: Act as the subject-matter expert for business processes and/or solutions. You will have the opportunity to work at the cutting edge of the product, driving delivery of both current solutions as well as helping to define the future of our product platform.

- Execute product strategy: Drive the execution of product lifecycle processes, through product research, competitive benchmarking, roadmap & requirements development, and deployment.

- Product Development: Translate product strategy into detailed functional & technical design requirements, build use-cases and scenarios, process flows for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams along with rigorous testing of all features & functionalities.

- Customer Success: Responsible for the successful delivery of functional and technical components of the solution while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction, and proactive management of client challenges.

- Pre-Sales support: Build and apply technical, industry, organization, and functional knowledge to support efforts in selling opportunities to existing and new clients.

- Stakeholder management: Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders/functional partners to collaborate on projects while developing a thorough understanding of their business processes and key challenges.

Qualification:

- Overall, 4-6 years of experience

- 4+ years in a fast-paced environment, preferably SaaS or Enterprise software,

- 2+ years of Product Management experience

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in related fields or equivalent work experience

- Proven expertise and demonstrated capabilities relative to fashion industry-specific processes and solution patterns, as well as adoption and change management considerations

- Experience in working on Apparel PLM tools

- Deep understanding of supply chain and common business metrics and the ability to generate new ones as needed.

- Demonstrable passion for solving customer problems, with a structured data driven approach while managing various competing initiatives and prioritizing accordingly.

Mandatory:

- Must have experience in Apparel / Fashion / Supply Chain or related industries.

- Must have a deep understanding of supply chain processes and familiarity with common business metrics, with the ability to generate new ones as needed.

- Must have a strong understanding of B2B Workflows, Business Processes, and the working of B2B Products (SaaS / Enterprise Software).

Preferred: Must have experience working with Apparel PLM tools (Centric Software, Bamboo Rose, Infor PLM, Flex PLM, Trade beyond, Lectra PLM)
