Oracle Database Administrator - 12C/11G Modules (3-5 yrs)

Job Title : Oracle Database Administrator (DBA).

Job Description :

- Join our team at Teleglobal international as an Oracle Database Administrator (DBA) and take the lead in managing our Oracle database systems.

- We're seeking a talented DBA with expertise in Oracle DBA 12c/19c RAC, Standby database, basic query tuning, RMAN backup, monitoring, and preferably experience with Exadata.

Key Responsibilities :

- Install, configure, and maintain Oracle database systems (12c/19c) with RAC configuration.

- Set up and manage standby databases for high availability and disaster recovery.

- Perform basic query tuning to optimize database performance.

- Implement RMAN backup and recovery strategies to ensure data integrity.

- Monitor database health, performance, and security on an ongoing basis.

- Utilize Exadata knowledge to enhance database performance and efficiency (if applicable).

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).

- Proven experience as an Oracle Database Administrator.

- Strong knowledge of Oracle DBA 12c/19c, RAC, and Standby databases.

- Proficiency in basic query tuning techniques.

- Experience with RMAN backup and recovery.

- Monitoring skills to proactively identify and address issues.

- Knowledge of Exadata is a significant advantage.

- Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) certification is a plus.
