- 4+ years of Strong development experience in oracle SQL/PLSQL.

- 2+ years of development experience in Postgresql PL/PgSQL.

- 2+ years of experience in Shell scripting.

- 2+ years of experience in performance tuning.

- Good knowledge of Oracle architecture and various features available in Oracle.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Database Developer with strong expertise in Oracle SQL/PLSQL and PostgreSQL PL/PgSQL.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL/PLSQL code in Oracle and PostgreSQL environments.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable database solutions.

- Conduct performance tuning, query optimization, and troubleshooting to ensure database efficiency.

- Design and implement data migration processes between Oracle and PostgreSQL, including transformations and validations.

- Develop and maintain shell scripts to support database automation and operational processes.

- Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and best practice recommendations.

- Stay updated with the latest database technologies and suggest improvements to existing processes.

Required Skills :

- Minimum 4 years of development experience in Oracle SQL/PLSQL.

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with PostgreSQL PL/PgSQL.

- Strong expertise in Shell Scripting and Performance Tuning.

- In-depth understanding of Oracle architecture and features.

- Ability to lead technical discussions and provide mentoring to junior team members.

Good to Have :

- Experience in Oracle & PostgreSQL DBA activities.

- Exposure to Python for scripting and development.

- Familiarity with SQL Server.
