Telecalling Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and convert them into paying clients.
  
• Conduct telemarketing activities, including data collection, sales pitches, and upselling/cross-selling products/services.
  
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service via phone calls.
  
• Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management for call volume, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
  
• Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and share knowledge on best practices.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-4 years of experience in telesales or related field (domestic BPO/voice process).
  
• Strong communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
  
• Proficiency in English language with good pronunciation; basic computer literacy required.
