Telecalling Executive- Education Industry

Position Overview

The Tele calling Executive is responsible for connecting with prospective students, providing them with comprehensive details about available courses, and assisting them through the enrollment process.

Role & responsibilities

1. Lead Outreach & Generation: Initiate contact with potential students through calls, emails, or messages to generate interest in educational programs.
2. Enrollment Support: Provide clear and detailed information regarding courses, schedules, fees, and other relevant details and assist students in completing the enrollment process in a smooth and timely manner.
3. Counseling & Guidance: Offer personalized academic counseling, helping students choose the right courses and explore career opportunities. Address queries related to academic programs, faculty, infrastructure, and any other concerns.
4. Follow-Up Engagement: Follow up regularly with leads and potential students to nurture their interest and encourage enrollment.
5. Database Maintenance: Accurately record and maintain detailed records of all student interactions, feedback, and enrollment status using CRM tools.
6. Target Achievement: Meet individual and team goals related to lead conversion and student enrollment. Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service throughout the tele calling process.

Preferred candidate profile

The role requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of educational offerings, and a genuine interest in helping students make informed decisions about their academic journey.

The candidates should be willing to work in shifts.

Timings 7:00 am to 9:30 pm (8 Hours shift)

Experience:

Previous experience in tele calling, customer service, or sales (preferably within the education sector) is advantageous. Freshers who are interested in the position can also apply.

Salary:

As per University norms. Extremely lucrative salary will be offered to exceptional candidates with proven track record.
