Job Description
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to sell Motor and Health insurance policies.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers.

- Update customer information and policy details in the CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and competitor information.
Ideal Profile
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Sales Operations / Sales Support or Telesales role, ideally within the Insurance industry.
- You have working knowledge of Insurance Telesales Executive, Salesoutbound calling and generating new business leads and selling Motor and Health insurance policies to customers through outbound calls
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
