Job Description
As an Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Executive, you will be responsible for implementing and managing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve organic traffic and search rankings for our clients. You will collaborate with the content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are consistently integrated into campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and on-page elements such as meta titles, descriptions, header tags, and images.
- Plan and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority and organic rankings.
- Perform regular website audits to identify technical SEO issues and collaborate with developers to resolve them.
- Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and provide insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry developments.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure high-quality, SEO-friendly content is created.
- Optimize local SEO campaigns, including Google Business Profile management and local citation building.
- Assist in developing and executing paid search strategies when required.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in SEO and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Proficiency in SEO tools like SEMrush and Google Analytics.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as it relates to SEO.
- Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or others.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts
