Job Title : Salesforce Developer with Apttus CLM Experience

Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with 3-5 years of experience, including expertise in Apttus CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management), to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Salesforce development, a team-oriented mindset, and a passion for continuous learning and growth. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize the Salesforce platform, enhance CLM functionality, and deliver high-quality solutions that align with business goals. Experience with Salesforce CPQ will be a plus.

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize the Salesforce platform, enhance CLM functionality, and deliver high-quality solutions that align with business goals. Experience with Salesforce CPQ will be a plus.
Key Responsibilities :
Design and Development : Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and declarative tools.
Apttus CLM : Implement, configure, and optimize Apttus CLM to meet complex contract management needs, including contract authoring, clause management, and approvals.
Collaboration : Work with onshore teams, including Business Analysts (BAs) and developers, to clarify requirements, address concerns, and ensure smooth communication.
Integrations : Design and implement integrations between Salesforce, Apttus CLM, and external systems using APIs and middleware tools.
Customization : Configure Salesforce to include custom objects, workflows, validation rules, process builders, and approval processes to support CLM functionality.
Testing and Deployment : Perform unit testing, support system and user acceptance testing, and manage deployments using DevOps tools such as Copado or Gearset.
Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, development processes, and enhancements.
Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve platform-related issues and provide ongoing support to ensure system stability.
Team Dynamics : Be a team player by contributing to shared goals, supporting peers, and actively participating in team discussions.
Continuous Learning : Stay up-to-date with Salesforce advancements and Apttus CLM features and seek opportunities to grow new skills relevant to the role.
Qualifications :
Certifications (Mandatory):
o Salesforce Certified Administrator
o Salesforce Platform Developer I
o Salesforce CPQ Specialist (optional but preferred)
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science , Information Technology, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
Hands-on experience with Apttus CLM (expertise in contract templates, clause libraries, workflows, and approval processes).
Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
Familiarity with Salesforce integration tools and APIs (REST/SOAP).
Experience with DevOps processes and tools like Copado, Git, or Gearset.
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and security features.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Preferred Skills :
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
Experience with Salesforce CPQ is a plus.
Understanding of other Salesforce clouds like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
Familiarity with Salesforce Flow and automation tools.

Eager to learn, adapt, and grow new technical and non-technical skills.
Proactive and ready to collaborate with onshore teams for timely clarification and issue resolution.
