Key Responsibilities:

• The Recruiter is mainly responsible for sourcing and recruiting technical professionals for consulting opportunities for our clients.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for a range of positions across Australia.
• Utilize job boards (Seek, Career One, Flex careers, etc.), social media platforms, networking, and other sourcing methods to attract top talent across the Australia.
• Strong experience of Australian visa types (Subclass 600, 417, etc.) and
• Strong experience of Australian tax terms (GST, FBT, Superannuation, and CGT).
• Responsible to work on Contracts, Permanent positions.
• Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand job requirements, team culture, and specific hiring needs in different Australia.
• Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment process across various IT Technologies.
• Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and employment contract details.
