Job Title: Regional Process Manager - Stake Holder Management

Location: Bangalore

Duration: 12 Months

Job Type: Contract (Will be extended on performance)


Job Description:

The Regional Process Manager specializes in one or more areas of the end-to-end commerce process and drives efficiency in operational processes with a focus on removing friction for stakeholders, improving productivity, and ensuring positive customer experience, maintaining data quality and compliance. The Regional Process Manager supports, or enables commercial transactions for client's customers, partners, or internal stakeholders.

He or she possesses the ability to identify automation opportunities, translate them into actionable digital use cases, and leverage AI to implement solutions that drive efficiency and innovation.

The Regional Process Manager will be responsible for knowledge curation and digital knowledge management to ensure accuracy of information that will feed and enable client's AI Assistant for Commerce to support our stakeholders and drive adoption of AI-driven support across one or more areas of the Quote to Cash cycle. The RPM will also partner closely with other roles in Commerce Operations to identify and enable new AI solutions to drive self-sufficiency both for our partners and internal stakeholders.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Possesses a high and end to end level of expertise across his/her domain which is leveraged for resolution of complex issues and escalations.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate segments of client's commerce processes or internal processes. Engages cross-functionally to drive execution of those opportunities.
  • Perform data analysis using specialized and holistic domain knowledge and business expertise. Identify patterns in data, draw insights and make recommendations to fix issues, and optimize processes to avoid future issues and maintain data quality.
  • Identify & log problems that impact ability to deliver an efficient and simplified experience.
  • Develop recommendations for new business processes and adaption of business tools in support of changes.
  • Accountable for exception management decision making for transactional/case management activities performing the right level of risk assessment & documentation.
  • In partnership with Global Delivery Center vendor team, RPM is Responsible for vendor enablement and updated process documentation as a result of process, policy and capabilities changes / release management.
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced changing environment. You'll have a passion for optimizing and simplifying customer, partner and stakeholder experience.

CRITICAL SKILLS/ PROFILE:

  • Proficiency in feeding and leveraging AI models to optimize and enhance internal productivity workflows
  • Ability to go beyond commerce related topics and understand contextual work coming from other areas as Sales/Commercial Finance, Collections, Legal, Tax, Supply Chain, Logistics, and GPRS.
  • Ability to analyze trends and leverage analytics for problem identification and problem articulation.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally inside and outside of Commerce & Lifecycle Operations.
  • Ability to articulate with clarity relevant policies/program rules aligned to specific domain (Bookings Policy, Non-standard deal policy).
  • Strong communication and relationship skills
  • Ability to clearly articulate and describe problems & impact to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate with clarity to different functions to drive change
