Managing store , Daily stock reporting , Liasioning with Sales and Dispatch
JD: Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products or services.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through attentive service and resolution of issues.
Sales and Cash Handling:

Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers or point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Handle cash, credit card transactions, and provide accurate change to customers.
Balance cash registers at the end of each shift and reconcile discrepancies.
Inventory Management:

Assist in receiving, organizing, and managing inventory shipments.
Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed to ensure product availability.
Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in placing orders with suppliers.
Supervision and Training:

Supervise store staff and provide guidance on daily tasks and responsibilities.
Train new employees on store procedures, customer service standards, and product knowledge.
Schedule and coordinate staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage during operating hours.
Store Maintenance:

Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the store, including shelves, displays, and storage areas.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and restocking supplies.
Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the store manager for resolution.
Compliance and Security:

Adhere to store policies and procedures, including safety guidelines and security protocols.
Monitor store premises for potential security risks or unauthorized activities.
Assist in implementing loss prevention measures to minimize theft and shrinkage.
