Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Channel Sales Manager to join our team in Mysuru. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), FMCG, Retail, or B2B sales. This role involves developing and managing channel partners, driving sales, and expanding market reach.

Roles And Responsibilities:

- Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners, distributors, and agents to accelerate sales growth.

- Create and implement channel sales strategy to increase revenue.

- Train, guide, and assist channel partners to improve their performance.

- Monitor channel sales performance and take remedial action as necessary.

- Collaborate with partners to create leads, acquire new clients, and finalize transactions.

- Establish and maintain good working relationships with channel partners and key stakeholders.

- Make frequent market trips to better understand client demands and market trends.

- Ensure that partners comply with corporate standards and regulatory norms.

- Generate and maintain accurate sales reports and performance measures.

- Travel around Mysuru and the nearby areas to build channel sales networks.

Candidate Profile:

- At least two years of field sales experience, ideally in BFSI, FMCG, retail, or B2B sales.

- Prior experience in channel sales, distributor management, or partner acquisition.

- Excellent communication, negotiating, and leadership abilities.

- Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales objectives.

- The ability to form and sustain long-term relationships with partners and clients.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.

- Experience with CRM technologies and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Willingness to tour widely across Mysuru.

- Worked in life insurance, general insurance, financial services, or direct sales.

- Excellent networking and recruiting skills.

- The ability to assess market trends and develop sales strategy.
