Regional Sales Manager is responsible for leading sales activities within a designated region, developing strategies to drive growth, managing a sales team, and ensuring that sales targets are achieved.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create and execute sales strategies to meet regional goals.
- Lead and supervise a team of sales professionals.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with important clients.
- Track sales performance and provide guidance and support to the team.
- Evaluate market trends and competitor actions to uncover new opportunities.
- Prepare and present regional sales forecasts and reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing sales targets.
- Ability to assess market trends and data.
- Willingness to travel across the region.
- A graduate degree is required.
- Age range: 21 to 38 years.
- Compensation package up to 3.50 LPA.
