Unit Sales Manager - BFSI (2-5 yrs)

We are looking for a dynamic Unit Sales Manager to lead our field sales team, cultivate relationships with customers, and encourage sales development.

Duties

- Motivate and guide field sales representatives to reach their maximum potential.

- To accomplish goals, develop and put into action effective sales methods.

- Locate new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with existing clients.

- Pay close attention to and assess sales performance.
